The scope of our financial services includes:

• Structuring of investment partnerships. This includes consultations with attorneys on partnership documents.
  
• Auditing financial statements
  
• Assisting in the implementation of accounting systems. We will help customize a system that is tailored for your business needs. Once implemented, assistance in maintenance and on-going support is provided to your company.
  
• Interfacing with Prime Brokers. Utilizing electronic access, your accounts at the prime broker are reconciled to ascertain that all transactions have been properly recorded and accounted for.
  
• Generating reports reflecting realized gains and losses, securities positions at cost and market including unrealized gains and losses thereon, performance reporting and money balances.
  
• Recording a general ledger from which monthly financial statements are compiled. Detailed records are maintained of each partner's capital contributions and withdrawals, allocation of income, and reallocation of profits as mandated by the Partnership agreement.
  
• Compiling and filing FOCUS Reports on behalf of broker-dealers and our expertise allows us to advise them with respect to many regulated aspects of the industry.
